Dr. Eddy Pais
A proud Las Vegas native, our cosmetic dentist is deeply connected to the community he serves. Dr. Pais is an alumnus of Southeast Career Technical Academy (SECTA) and earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During dental school, Dr. Pais was one of only eight students selected to participate in an advanced honors course, reflecting his early commitment to excellence in cosmetic dentistry. He has also pursued extensive postdoctoral education, including completing a one-year implant continuum through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) MaxiCourse.
Dr. Pais is celebrated for his compassionate chairside manner, as well as a track record of results that look natural and stand the test of time.
Dr. Janira Flores
Our general dentist is a graduate of Cheyenne High School in North Las Vegas. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, along with a minor in Business Administration, before completing her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the UNLV School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Flores approaches dentistry with a strong emphasis on communication and thoughtful care. Her gentle, attentive style allows her to build genuine relationships with patients.
Our Founder
Dr. Vernon J. Lamborn laid the foundation for integrity-driven, community-focused dentistry at Redesign Dental. With decades of experience serving patients and families across the area, Dr. Lamborn built this practice on the belief that quality dental care should be delivered with honesty and warmth. His legacy of quality, trust, and compassionate service continues to guide the practice today.
